FAQs
RAW wedding photos are not provided, as they are unedited and don’t reflect the final quality of our work. For storage reasons, RAW files are also deleted one month after the edited images are delivered.
Guided by our Christian faith, we have chosen not to provide photography or videography for same-sex marriages. This choice is not made in judgment, but in faithfulness to our convictions.
Sneak peek photos are not guaranteed, but if there is time in our schedule, they are typically delivered within one week after the wedding, depending on overall workload.
If couples share inspiration images or specific compositions with us, we will always do our best to recreate or draw inspiration from them where possible. However, we also maintain our own distinct photographic style, including our composition approach, lighting choices, and colour grading techniques.
Our work is defined by a consistent visual identity, and all images are edited in line with this style to ensure a cohesive final gallery. For this reason, clients should be fully comfortable with and appreciative of our artistic approach when booking our services, as our editing and creative direction remain an essential part of the final result.
Certain photos may or may not be included in your wedding gallery. It’s important to communicate verbally or in writing any specific shots or moments you want us to focus on. If we are not informed, there’s a risk that particular photo moments may not be captured, and we cannot be held accountable for any missed content due to lack of communication.
Our booking process is designed to secure your date efficiently. A booking is formally confirmed once the 25% non-refundable deposit has been paid and all required documentation has been completed, signed, and returned.
However, once a client has verbally or in writing confirmed their intention to proceed with our services and requested that the date be reserved, this constitutes a commitment to our services, even if documentation has not yet been signed or the deposit paid. Should the client cancel thereafter, or neglect to inform us that they have chosen to make use of another vendor, the R3500 cancellation fee will still apply to cover any loss of potential income resulting from the date being reserved and other bookings being declined.
